Privacy & Inquiry Information

How Carrier Negotiation handles inquiry information, form sessions, temporary records and browser-based preparation tools.

Start a conversation with only the basics.

Carrier Negotiation uses the inquiry form to connect commercial shippers with CPC Consultants. Questions about this notice or information you have submitted can be sent to david.blinder@cpc-consultants.net.

Inquiry information

The form collects work email, company and optional note, plus page context and a reported referring source when available. It records a private request and attempts to send the notification to CPC’s consulting team. Information is used to respond to and evaluate the inquiry. Please do not enter confidential contracts or sensitive information.

Technical records and temporary storage

The form uses a secure session cookie, request-validation token, a spam trap and a temporary limit keyed to a hashed network address. Request contents are stored outside the public website directory while notification is pending. After the mail system accepts the message, the temporary request is replaced with a status-only receipt. Leftover temporary records are eligible for cleanup after 30 days when submissions run. This cleanup does not delete email already retained in the consulting team’s mailbox.

The hosting server may keep normal access and error logs. Server and mailbox retention depend on their administration. To ask about information you have sent, contact David.

Tools, search and measurement

The preparation tools and answer search run in your browser. They do not upload their entries. Form code prepares controlled interaction events in a browser-memory event queue, without form text, email or company values. No Google Analytics or Tag Manager destination is installed in this release. The site uses no third-party tracking script in this release. A reported referring source does not establish that a visit was human or came from an AI assistant.

External resources

Links to CPC, carriers, regulators and other publications lead to websites with their own practices. This notice describes the Carrier Negotiation website, not those external services.

Questions & answers

#What information does the inquiry form send?

It sends the work email, company, optional note, page context and reported discovery source needed to understand and respond to the request. A session token protects submission. Do not include confidential contracts, sensitive personal information or shipment files in the note. The form does not accept uploads.

#Are tool entries or answer searches submitted?

The RFP brief builder, comparison worksheet and answer search operate in the browser. Their entries are not uploaded by these tools. The separate inquiry form sends only when you submit it. Browser functionality and server hosting may still create normal technical records as described in this notice.
